Scrabble - Minne Grappler Program is designed to develop much more than Jiu Jitsu (Self-defense) skills to our little grapplers.

Our curriculum uses different types of learning methods to better serve the kids in our program.

In this video we’re using activity-based learning which is a method of instruction that promotes learning through active participation and physical engagement.

Our goal is to develop physical skills like coordination, balance, strength, endurance, and problem-solving abilities as the kids have the capability to teach themselves what to do when we use certain materials in class such as: cones, rings, dots, and more.
