We were beyond thrilled to host Athena’s birthday party and give everyone a little window into who she is—an amazing person and a martial artist in the making.
We kicked things off with LASER TAG 🔫😄 (pure chaos, pure laughter), then switched gears into kickboxing basics (hands up, feet moving, confidence rising), jumped into Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals (balance, control, teamwork), and finished with the ultimate finale: MMA time—mixing both arts into fun, safe drills that had everyone feeling like superheroes. 🦸♀️🦸♂️🔥
