Join me as I visit Triangle Academy in Franklin, Tennessee, for an awesome night of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, training, and fellowship!

One of my favorite things about traveling through the Jiu-Jitsu community is meeting great people, stepping onto new mats, and sharing knowledge with other martial artists. Triangle Academy welcomed me like family, and Iā€™m grateful for the opportunity to train with everyone.
