5 Easy BJJ Mobility Exercises to Learn or Practice at Home.

From The Gauntlet Fight Academy

May 6, 2020

Has lockdown got you dreaming of starting a new sport? Are you a BJJ practitioner who's feeling a bit rusty or what to introduce your kids or partners to the sport?
Here's Head Coach Neto Nunes, and Paulo showing the 5 essential mobility drills we learn from the first very day of training. No experience, no equipment and no partner needed. Master these 5 movements to build a strong base to help you unlock all the other mobility drills you'll need as you progress in the sport.
You can also stitch these movements together to create a great low impact home workout. Simply repeat each movement for 1 minute, then repeat in sets of 5 minutes. 5 rounds of 5 minutes should have you sweaty, and achey the next day! Enjoy.

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
