Founder of Art et Mouvement Vermont (AMV), Alexandre has been passionate about martial arts since his youth, discovering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at age 17. With extensive competition experience in both BJJ and MMA, he brings innovative pedagogy centered on individual and collective development. His teaching emphasizes technique, strategy, self-awareness, and mutual respect, encouraging students to progress at their own pace in a supportive environment.
