Anthony Ferro

Professor Anthony "Sickness" Ferro has been practicing mixed martial arts for over 18 years, with the last 14+ years focused on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Before his immersion in BJJ and MMA, Anthony served in the United States Marine Corps, completing two tours in Iraq in 2005 and 2006. He holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has medaled 14 times as a black belt at IBJJF competitions. Professor Ferro also competed in MMA with an undefeated record of 7-0 at 125 pounds. He has trained in Muay Thai at Team Toro in Illinois and wrestled with Manny Vasquez and Ron Valdez. In addition to teaching BJJ, Professor Ferro has been a personal trainer for over seven years.
