## Overview

**Name:** Guilherme Lambertucci

**Date of Birth:** July 02, 1997 (age 29)

## Bio

A big-framed kid from Belo Horizonte who started judo at six to manage his weight, Guilherme Lambertucci was forced to switch arts after a family move in 2010, landing at Magrelo Fight Academy under Fábio Costa. He later joined Gracie Barra Belo Horizonte as a purple belt before migrating to Felipe Pena’s FP Team in 2016, where he spent nearly six years developing his game. Promoted to black belt on December 17, 2020, after overcoming knee-injury setbacks, Lambertucci credits a chance encounter at church—a stranger asking him to coach a community grappling project—as the divine sign that pushed him to pursue jiu-jitsu professionally over law school.
