Herbert Penido

Herbert Penido (known as Bitim) is a black belt with nearly two decades of dedication to Jiu-Jitsu and more than 15 years of teaching experience. He began his journey in 2006 in Raposos, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and has since become a world reference in the sport. Bitim founded Bitim Grappling Jiu-Jitsu officially in 2023 in Portugal after establishing himself as a prominent figure in the European BJJ scene. He continues to compete actively in major international championships.
