Ivan Pena

Ivan Joined Silverback Academy in 2017 as a Brown belt with an already technical knowledge of the Gi game, and a very strong guard passing background. He has rounded his Jiu Jitsu out with more No Gi experience in the past three years, as well as continuing to excel technically in the GI. After 15 years of dedication to the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Ivan was awarded his Black Belt under Sean Stoopman and Professor Tom DeBlass in August 2020.
