Professor Marcelo Galdino de Oliveira is the founder and head instructor of Equipe Gladiadores de Jiu-Jitsu. He began his instructor career in 2009 and has since become a pioneer in online Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu education. In 2019, he launched the Equipe Gladiadores franchise system, which now includes over 36 affiliated academies across Brazil, Argentina, and Portugal. His online platform, founded in 2018, serves more than 18,000 students worldwide, making it one of the largest online jiu-jitsu schools in the world.
