Márcia Ramos hails from Macapá, Brazil, and brings over 14 years of dedicated grappling experience. She began in judo before discovering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She is a certified referee for the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) and is trained in first-aid procedures. She completed a specialized course on Intellectual Disability and its Implications in Inclusive Education.
