About
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Marcus Douthitt has been a Dripping Springs resident since 2016. He started training BJJ in 2013 at Great Grappling in SC and trained at JJ Machado Austin since its opening. Marcus is now a First Degree Black Belt and has been teaching Jiu Jitsu for the past 6 years. He and his wife Laci purchased JJ Machado Austin in October 2022 and started Stoic Jiu Jitsu.
