## Bio

A relentless competitor who turned childhood weight struggles into a decorated career, Vinicius Ferreira ("Trator") emerged from Franca, São Paulo, under the Alliance banner. Initially training boxing before adding jiu-jitsu in March 2010 under Paulo "Índio," he quickly moved to Edson Ferreira's gym for higher-level sparring, earning his orange through purple belts there. A last-ditch CV to Fábio Gurgel landed him a scholarship in Alliance's talent project, leading to his black belt promotion from Michael Langhi and Gurgel in September 2018. Trator is known for a grinding, pressure-heavy guard and a lethal lasso sweep, amassing over 160 gold medals before turning professional.
