## Bio

Vinicius Liberati traded a childhood in football for jiu-jitsu after quitting soccer at 15, eventually walking into Cicero Costha’s São Paulo academy in 2017 on a scholarship. Raised from white to purple by the Ultramare brothers in Bariri, he fully committed to Costha’s champions factory and earned his black belt on the podium of the Brazilian Nationals in May 2022. A herniated disk nearly ended his run in 2019, but Liberati recovered and returned to competition, later leaving Costha’s banner in May 2023 to join the Fratres squad.
