Early Bird Price (until June 7): $125 CAD + applicable taxes Regular Price: $150 CAD + applicable taxes Additional Divisions: $75 + applicable taxes per division (Maximum of 2 divisions per competitor) Applicable taxes (13% HST) will be added to all registration fees. Registration is processed by a company based in Ontario, therefore Ontario HST regulations apply. Registration Deadline: Thursday, June 25th, 2026 – 11:59 PM Last Day for Cancellations: Sunday, June 21st, 2026 Athlete Correction Deadline: Monday, June 22nd, 2026 Schedule Release Date: Friday, June 26th, 2026 Brackets Release Date: Friday, June 26th, 2026 Date: Friday, June 26th, 2026 Location: University of Windsor – St. Denis Centre Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM All competitors must weigh in, even if their division does not have a weight limit. Weight allowance: Maximum 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) over division weight. Athletes exceeding the allowance will be moved up a weight division. Kids / Juveniles: Must weigh in before 8:00 AM Adults: Must weigh in no later than 2 hours before their division starts Failure to weigh in on time will result in disqualification and removal from the bracket. ADCC Opens are open to all competitors: ✔ Kids ✔ Teens ✔ Juveniles ✔ Adults ✔ Masters ✔ Any nationality ✔ Beginner through Advanced No qualification is required to compete. • NO GI ONLY • ADCC Rules and Legal Techniques • Double Elimination Format • Matches for 3rd place (no double bronze) Absolute divisions will run after all other divisions conclude. Two divisions: • Men’s Absolute (18+ open rank & weight) • Women’s Absolute (18+ open rank & weight) A mandatory roll call will take place before the absolute bracket is finalized (approximately 6:00–7:00 PM, subject to event progress). Athletes must check in to remain in the bracket. Spectator tickets: $25 CAD Cash available at the door. ❌ Close-outs (teammates must compete) ❌ Sandbagging (incorrect skill or age level) Violations may result in permanent bans from ADCC events.
