Join us at our secluded venue on the north-east coast of the Isle of Wight, where you can train and unwind in equal measure. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the ancient oak woodlands and feel your stresses melt away. With private access to the beautiful Wootton Creek, you can swim right from the pontoon, or soak up the Isle of Wight sun on the beach, which is just five minutes walk away. We put great emphasis on fantastic food, so your training sessions will be well fuelled, and all dietary requirements are catered for. After a day of learning and making new friends who share your passion, there's nothing quite like winding down with a swim and a fire on the beach. Our mission is always to facilitate an unforgettable experience, and we consider your down-time as much as your training: with boat rides, water sports, beach parties, chasing sunsets around the island, and more. BJJ Black Belt and 3x No-Gi World Champion Tom "The Mighty Barlow" has been a key figure in UK BJJ and international jiu jitsu since the mid-2000s. Receiving his black belt in 2011 from Braulio Estima, he has trained with legends like Eric Paulson, Andre Galvao, Rafa and Gui Mendes, and Otavio Sousa.

A three-time No-Gi World Champion at featherweight and European Champion, Tom has also competed in events like Polaris Pro and Tuff, where he is a recurring commentator. He teaches seminars across the UK and Europe, excelling as both a coach and professor, balancing his athletic career with his students' needs seamlessly.
