**Role:** Instructor

**Bio:** Black belt and head junior and assistant BJJ coach at Gym 01, Portsmouth, where he also coaches strength and conditioning. He is a 2017 English Open champion and beat CJ Smith by decision at Polaris 34.

**Description:** Fundamentals, positional control and introductory submissions for new students.

**Classes:**

### Advanced BJJ

**Skill Level:** Advanced

**Description:** For 4-stripe white belts and above, with advanced technique and live sparring.

### Junior & Teen BJJ

**Skill Level:** Kids

**Description:** BJJ for juniors and teens.
