Saturday wasn’t about lifting heavier weights or learning new techniques…

It was about investing in the people behind Gym01.

Our Quarterly Development Day brought together our coaches, front of house team and leaders to learn, share ideas, challenge each other and continue building the standards that make Gym01 what it is.

From developing our Operations Academy and improving member experience, to practical Fuel workshops, safeguarding, leadership and planning for the months ahead, every session had one goal:
To make Gym01 better for our members and better for our team.

A huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time to be there, contributed ideas and got involved. This is just the beginning, and we’ll continue to build on everything we achieved today.
Because if we keep developing ourselves, we’ll keep improving Gym01.

💛🖤

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
