Part 5 - Most people see something they think could be improved and say nothing.

Sarah did the opposite.

After being part of Gym 01 for more than five years, she cared enough about the people, the community, and what the gym stands for to reach out with some honest feedback.

And that's exactly why we wanted to listen.

In this clip, Sarah explains why she felt it was important to speak up and why she believes so strongly in the ethos of Gym 01 and the positive impact it can have on people's lives.

Feedback isn't always about criticism. Sometimes it's about wanting something you value to be even better.

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
