Axis System Level 1 by Braulio Estima

What Will You Learn?

ADCC and World Champion Braulio Estima introduces his innovative Axis System — a movement-based framework that transforms how you approach jiu jitsu. Starting with foundational grip drills, Braulio teaches you how to anticipate guard passes and position yourself for arm bar submissions using the "Head of the Snake" principle. In Part 3, you'll learn how to apply the Axis from multiple positions including L Guard, Z Guard, closed guard, and even as escapes from mount and side control. This is the foundation for a completely new way of thinking about BJJ.
