• Use the single leg x guard to sweep and submit with hybrid gi adjustments from Atos competitor and IBJJF black belt world champion Kaynan Duarte
• Attack the legs with simplified submission holds that you can use to get the tap with Kaynan’s advice on toe holds, kneebars, and more
• Single leg x is usually a guard system used for no-gi success and Kaynan shows you how to best adjust to the gi with gripping and strategic changes
• Sweep or take the back with techniques that are easy to use for grapplers of all levels, including hip bumps, elevators, ankle sweeps, and more
• Kaynan is one of the best young grapplers on Earth, and this Andre Galvao student is already an IBJJF and ADCC World Champion and one of the best in grappling
