Go behind the scenes of Collin Lyles’ first MMA fight at Battle Mixed Martial Arts Championships against Nick Hall in the bantamweight division.

This video follows Collin through fight camp, showing the work behind the win: judo, striking, jiu-jitsu, the weight cut process, and the strategy going into fight night. It also features Connor Weiss, a dietician who specializes in weight management for combat sports and has trained with a UFC nutrition department program, helping guide the nutrition and weight side of camp.

After the fight, Coach Tipps talks about the camp, the weight cut, the game plan, and how it all came together. Collin got the win in round 2 by inside heel hook in the first fight of the night.
