In this video, I take you inside the seminar, sharing the atmosphere, the training and some of the techniques and details taught throughout the session.

For me, seminars like this are about more than learning new techniques. They’re an opportunity to train with experienced competitors and coaches, exchange knowledge, and continue developing after decades on the mats.

After starting Jiu-Jitsu in 1986, I’m still learning — and that’s one of the things I love most about BJJ.
