In this BJJ️🥋 video we take a look at a few attacks when your opponent actually manages to stand up from closed guard.

We show you a gripping setup were you can attack te omoplata and or sweep. Besides that you can transition to triangles and armbars.

Don't forget to watch all the other closed guard series were we show you more setups to submissions, sweeps and combinations of both to start sweeping and tapping your opponents. 👊

If you have any questions please leave them in the comments. 🙏

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
