Great news!

Beginning August 10, we’re adding two new GBF Classes every Monday and Wednesday at 5:00 PM, in addition to our current Tuesday and Thursday classes.

Our GBF Class is designed especially for beginners and is the perfect opportunity for moms, women, and anyone looking to improve fitness, build confidence, learn self-defense, and become part of an amazing community.

Come experience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a welcoming environment at Gracie Barra Stafford.
