The Parents & Kids Class at Gracie Barra Stafford gives our Little Champions 2 and Juniors students the opportunity to train alongside their parents.

Together, families learn Jiu-Jitsu, practice new skills, encourage one another, and create lasting memories in a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.

It is more than a class. It is an opportunity for parents to experience their child’s journey, understand what they are learning, and grow stronger together.
