## Bio

Andrew Wiltse rose from a tiny judo school on Drummond Island, Michigan, to become one of the most distinctive and aggressive competitors on the North American no-gi scene. A brown belt in judo before ever strapping on a gi, he moved to Mount Vernon, Illinois in 2013 to train under Heath Pedigo at Pedigo Submission Fighting, where his relentless, high-pressure style and signature “danaher death squad”-style leg attacks earned him a black belt in December 2019. Wiltse’s biggest competitive marker came with his run at the 2021 ADCC East Coast Trials, where he submitted four opponents to qualify for the world’s premier no-gi event.
