>

## Overview

**Name:** Erberth Santos

**Nickname:** Dino,enfant terrible

**Date of Birth:** February 17, 1994 (age 32)

## Bio

Erberth Santos emerged from a social project in Boa Vista, Roraima, under blue-belt coach Pedro Freitas before Márcio Rodrigues spotted him and brought him to Rio’s Jacarepaguá project—a stint cut short by behavioral issues. Luis “Guigo” Guilherme then relocated him to São Paulo as a blue belt, and by 2014, as a brown belt, Santos began competing internationally under Lloyd Irvin’s Maryland banner. Awarded his black belt by Guigo in December 2014 after winning the ASN Challenge over top black belts, Santos’s pattern of friction repeated: he left Guigo’s team in November 2015, then briefly joined Caio Almeida’s Atos-linked academy before that relationship also collapsed within two years.
