Bernardo Has Become World Renown For Teaching Older Guys Because His Moves Require Almost Zero Strength, Speed or Flexibility

Bernardo Faria is one of our best-selling instructors for good reason.  His technique is simple and applicable for anyone regardless of their athleticism, stamina, flexibility or age.  This is the theme that remains consistent among all of his videos.  His brand new "Side Control & Submissions" course is no different.

Bernardo has always been notorious for generating an immense amount of pressure from his trademark over/under pass but what people forget is that he is able to stabilize and maintain side control while utilizing the same pressure.

There is no sense in being able to pass the guard if you are not able to solidify and maintain the position.  Bernardo is a master of this.  He has simple and easy to implement tricks that will allow you to become an immovable object once you pass your opponents guard.

Bernardo has stabilized side control and submitted some of the best guys in history.  Throughout this series Bernardo will not only teach you how to properly apply and distribute your weight, he will help you develop a submission system from the side control.

All to often we see guys pass the guard and try and just hold their opponents.  While there is something to be said about solidifying a position, at some point you have to progress and try to get the submissions.

In this series Bernardo will show you some of his all time favorite submissions from the side control, here are just a few of those:

-North South Choke

-Scarf Choke

-Same Side Arm Bar

-Far Side Arm Bar

-Monoplata From Side

-Omoplata From Side

-Wrist Lock From Side Control

-AND MORE!

Volume 1: Bernardo is going to walk you through how to stabilize and solidify side control on any opponent in the world.  He is going to give you his secrets on how to distribute your weight so you can generate world class black belt level pressure.  After you've learned how to smother your opponent he is going to help you progress to mount by giving you all his details on how to progress to the mount, maintain it, and attack.

Volume 2: Now that you have become a pressure based machine it is time to stop marinading your opponent and get the finish world class black belt style.  Bernardo is going to show you a multitude of different arm locks, some of which he learned from Marcelo Garcia.  After you've learned how to attack the arm from everywhere Bernardo will give you a master class on different submissions all from side control including north south chokes, monoplata's, omoplata's and more!

Volume 3: Didn't get enough submissions in volume 2?  That's fine, Bernardo is going to give you more of his favorite submissions and talk about all the reactions you may encounter and help you develop the ability to execute these on ANYONE!

Volume 4: Not able to get the submissions?  Opponent is moving to much?  Maybe they turtle?  This is the volume where Bernardo is going to become a back taking machine with little to no effort.  If you know Bernardo you know he does not rely on athleticism, explosiveness, but TIMING.  Bernardo is going to walk you through different back takes and show you how to maintain control throughout the whole transition.
