The Kimura is one of the most versatile attacks in ALL of combat. Troy Manning looks to make the Kimura one of the most diverse tools in your grappling tool kit. No longer think of the Kimura as a single move, instead Troy teaches you a complete system of attack, that spans multiple positions, completely based off of the Kimura.

No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Kimura looks to give you a specific No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu gameplan. The Kimura provides the ability to have complete control over your opponent, something that is hard to do in No-Gi. Without the Gi, getting effective grips it can be very difficult for grapplers of all levels. By making the Kimura a focal point of your attack you will have options from most major positions of Jiu-Jitsu.

Attack with sweeps and submissions from bottom positions like Closed and Half Guard. Turn the tables on a pressure passer by forcing a roll with Troy’s tricky Kimura Trap. Speaking of the Kimura Trap, Troy uncovers the essentials in using the Kimura to not only sweep and submit but also take the back!

Once you understand the inner workings of Troy’s Kimura System you will start to find the Kimura everywhere. For instance, if you struggle with wrestling, you can use the Kimura to counter some of the most effective takedowns there are.
