Juniors 1 is a class designed for young children to learn the basics of self-defense with natural body movements and realistic applicability. They are taught how to deal with situations that may arise at school or in the street. Kids learn to avoid violence at all costs, how to report suspicious and dangerous situations to adults, and how and when to apply submissions.
They learn great technique while having fun.
