• Even though Nick is a physical specimen, he’s competing against other guys just as fast and strong who have way more experience

Wrestle and win like ADCC Silver Medalist Nick Rodriguez as he shows the takedown combinations and back takes that became the winning system against the world’s elite black belts. When Nicky was only a blue belt, he used these techniques to beat world champions after less than two years of training! Now you can see how anyone (no wrestling experience needed) can use these same techniques to level up their takedowns and get to the back with maximum efficiency.

Even though Nick is a physical specimen, he’s competing against other guys just as fast and strong who have way more experience. So, with only a year of Division-3 wrestling under his belt, he and coach John Danaher put together a gameplan that maximized his strengths and gave him a path to victory; take them down, get to the back, and strangle. This is your chance to learn those techniques and strategies from the man himself.

Even if you don’t have the biceps of abs of Nicky Rod (not many do…), then don’t worry! This is a series built around technique and leverage, not using hulking strength. Nicky trains for maximum efficiency with his body and his technique, and that’s what is here; good technique that works for everyone. Learn wrestling from the ground up with this 4-volume instructional series from one of grappling’s best wrestlers.

Attack the legs with fundamental shots and snap people down to create the back exposure that will lead to the tap. Nicky’s techniques to all parts of the body will give you tons of options for getting your opponent moving and then getting them to the mat on your terms. Also master the back takes that Nicky has used in competition to break down the turtle and start working for submissions. Maximize your training effort with Nicky’s own advice about the path that took him from white belt to ADCC finals in record time.
